KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Area law enforcement agencies are gathering this morning to honor fallen Clinton, Mo. Officer Christopher Ryan Morton. A procession is running from the Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office in Kansas City to the funeral home in Clinton.
