Rolling gunfire disrupts Northeast neighborhood

By Paul Thompson Northeast News KCPD responded to a "rolling disturbance" in the Historic Northeast during the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 6. The incident began just after 2:30 a.m., when officers observed two suspects driving separate cars who were shooting at two victims traveling in a third vehicle near the 4700 block of Independence Avenue.
