Showdown: Kansas SecState Kobach & The Fight For American Democracy Starts Today

He's either on a crusade with a fool as a client trying to prove a negative OR this is the moment when Americans start taking voting rights seriously. Either way, the effort to show & prove soon underway . . .

Millions of Americans' right to vote is at stake in this trial starting today

In October 2014, Charles Stricker III went to the Department of Motor Vehicles in Wichita, Kansas, to get a new driver's license and register to vote. Stricker, who'd recently moved back to Wichita from Chicago, brought his Illinois driver's license, Social Security card, and utility bill to confirm his identity and residence.

  1. What these articles fail to mention is that the trial will be before Judge Julie Robinson. She is one of those SJWs who brought her biases and prejudices with her to the federal bench, where she puts them on full display whenever there's an opportunity. It is no accident that the case was filed in her court. Barring some sort of mental lapse, Kobach is destined to lose in the District Court, and will have to hope he can prevail on appeal.

  2. ^^Good. Kobach deserves to lose. He is an idiot and unfit for public office. He will be exposed as the fraud he is and has always been.

  3. Yup, have to agree @ 10:13 - Kobach hopped on the "Voter Fraud" Pony and whipped it up so he could "Ride To Glory", only to gallop right off a cliff!

The only Voter Fraud to be found id the Russian-financed Gerrymandering that gave us "Cadet Bonespurs", and Kobach couldn't be allowed to reveal that!
