For those who don't already have beef within their community, KCMO always provides an excuse to create political rivalries and make life tense in every part of town.

Every neighborhood or homeowners association in KCMO is encouraged to update neighborhood contact information every year. To make it easier, the City’s Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department is asking neighborhood leaders to do so online.
