TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! DOUBLE BACK: MIKE SANDERS & CALVIN WILLIFORD WIRE FRAUD HOT MESS LEGACY STILL THREATENS SOME JACKSON COUNTY POLITICOS!!!

Behind the scenes it seems that the recent guilty plea by former Jackson County power players has inspired some cooperation among feuding politicos.

To wit . . .

THE MIKE SANDERS & CALVIN WILLIFORD WIRE FRAUD DISGRACE HAS COURTHOUSE POLITICOS HOPING TO WORK TOGETHER IN ORDER TO AVOID A SIMILARLY EMBARRASSING FATE!!!

Here's what we'll see in the coming weeks . . .

An effort to try and distance the vaporware dirt trail Rock Island Corridor from the corruption of it's leading proponent - Mike Sanders. Look for a glowing promotional piece from The Kansas City Star as part of their ongoing work to keep their property tax bill low.

And then . . . Expect a clean courthouse break with former Exec Mike Sanders as quite a few politicos to disavow contributions & connections from his various campaign funds and/or controversial contracts.

A couple more Jackson County issues worth following . . .

Examiner: The big-ticket item for the county is the state’s reimbursement for prisoners held on state charges at the County Detention Center. Those account for the vast majority of inmates at the jail, but the county has a hard time collecting on its costs.
