Two children are dead, and Interstate 435 is closed after a deadly crash around 5 PM Sunday evening. The westbound side of the interstate is closed at State Line Road and is expected to be shutdown for several more hours.

  4. Wish news could actually report information on a story. Like answering specific questions rather than general statements; the minivan may or may not have been slowing down or stopping on the interstate. This is a route I drive frequently. Was there traffic in front of the mini? Were they slowing down on the shoulder? Were they stopping in the middle of the road? Were they taking an exit?

    There is no doubt most truckers, especially day-trippers, are terrible drivers. That said, I've had some really dangerous and close calls by cars stopping for no apparent reason, in the middle lane of a highway. I hate that young kids died, I want to know what happened to cause it. Maybe I should just get out of dodge, afterall, the millinnial pants-crapper kid says the City doesn't want my property or earnings tax anyway...
