What will those 6,000 daily streetcar riders do?

Has anyone ever commented on the fact that when buses break down, no one ever sends a streetcar to fill in?

Scam. The Streetcar investment is only 2nd to the 18th and Vine investments of the City.
The State should step in and take over the complete management of the City.
