Shortfalls aren't collected by the city from the TDD to cover the bond.
The city eats the difference.
The entire tax paying community has just paid for the street car extension.

ReplyDeleteUnaddressed consequences, parking problems at both ends of tracks, light usage in Winter, cracks around door buttons that expand, and appear to be regular flaw in the basic design (meaning many of the Streetcars exhibit them).
