TKC SUNDAY SPECIAL!!! DEADLY HOBO WINTER CONFIRMS: HOMELESS POPULATION EXPLOSION THREATENS KANSAS CITY 2018!!!

During this Kansas City Winter of discontent, the most needy local denizens offer a chilling reality check to so much hype touting the civic improvement of City Hall's development agenda.

To wit . . .

WHILST KANSAS CITY TOUTS LUXURY DEVELOPMENT PET PROJECTS, DEADLY PROBLEMS CONNECTED TO THE RISING HOMELESS POPULATION WORSEN!!!

Don't worry, we have examples . . .

First off, local shelters CLEARLY weren't prepared to cope with more local homeless denizens in KC during the recent arctic Winter chill crisis. Two hobos froze to death during the latest cold blast and one of the victims of the cold actually seemed like a nice guy who was beloved by some of his acquaintances.

However . . .

It's also worth reminding locals that the rising population of Kansas City homeless also threatens public safety as the rough lifestyle of these poor scamps clashes with local neighborhoods.

Another example:

A Kansas City resident is charged with beating a homeless man to death with a baseball bat for more than an hour after the hobo threatened to drug and rape his wife.

Again, these tragic local conditions and trend applies to local condo life even if the media doesn't make the connection . . .

LIKE IT OR NOT, MANY NEIGHBORHOOD DENIZENS CONNECT A SPIKE IN URBAN CORE PROPERTY CRIME, ASSAULTS AND DRUG ACTIVITY WITH THE RISING HOMELESS POPULATION IN KANSAS CITY!!!

Neither homeless shelters nor churches have the capacity to adequately address this problem that isn't just about cold weather survival but will also impact local life and crime numbers throughout 2018.

Developing . . .

Okay, so now I understand where those 25 million new tourists are coming from.

Good to know.

Here is where the problem gets worse TK.

You have communities like JoCo and some surrounding cities sending us their homeless. So if you are going to talk about solutions then it's time that we think across the metro. Because places like Lawrence and Independence are also struggling with their own homeless populations booms.

The crime that these folks bring has already affected Kansas City neighborhoods, but I understand that a lot of people feel guilty bringing charges and talking about the homeless who have robbed them. Their crimes are written off by a lot of my neighbors, which is a bad practice that doesn't help anyone.

Can't we just point them in the direction of Leawood?

Do we have an unusually stupid bum population? It should be common knowledge that in Winter, it's a lot better to be homeless in the south or southwest than in KC.

The Hobos are bums who don't want to follow any rules, like the rest of us have to.

There are plenty of place they could stay, if they would follow the rules and do a little work.

But they won't. They want to drink and drunk and screw in the alleys and piss in the streets.

And they are dangerous.

Don't turn your back on them.

Good to see the digital economy has been so successful at lifting everyone's boat.

Maybe sLIE will let the hobos use his new hotel!!!

Yuck, hobos.

We are already taxed for subsidized housing; if every subsidized housing recipient was required to house a hobo for the winter, we'd kill two birds with one stone.
