Wonder if the Management of Toys-R-Us has ever heard of a thing called the "Internet"?

10:57 a.m. poster has a point. It would have behooved the big brains at the top to occasionally get their heads out of their ass and see what's actually selling in their stores. Market research is a real thing, and it can be useful in figuring out what to stock. No sympathy for this "head-in-the-sand" management style, although I do feel sorry for the workers who will lose their jobs.
