Brownstone Renewal Ongoing

The William Chick Scarritt home (1887) continues it's return to glory with new, upper floor, windows. Special order thermal since they are curved. Only two panes left to install. This house has come a long, long way since it burned a year and a half ago.

They should turn it into a whorehouse. Sell drugs and guns out of it. That makes it a cultural fit for the area.

Not quite winky-dink - it's in one of the few islands of decency left in Kansas City - as you would know if you were able to haul your bulk up the stairs and get out of Mommy's basement.

By island of decency, I suppose you mean there are a lot of faggots in the neighborhood, buttfucking each other and sucking each other at will.

I like the fireplace and gazebo in the front yard. These people have good taste.

How many million are we spending on this? I bet it ends up section 8.
