It was likely too particular a case for the U.S. Supreme Court to take up, so the suspension of the law license of former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline has been allowed to stand.

ReplyDeleteThere used to be two Phil(l) Klines in Kansas state government: one with a sterling reputation who earnestly fought for his constituents; and "Double L from Hell," an extremist whose veracity was always in deep doubt. Thank you, Supreme Court.
