    People in need of low-income housing are as prevalent in the boonies as in the big city -- so the Gov's action screws the fools who vote Republican as well as the Democrats.

    But, NONE of his fat-cat contributors live in low-income housing, so he has no reason to care.

    So what does this do with Senior Property Tax Credits? You already have to be destitute to qualify.
