KANSAS CITY PARKS & REC JACKED!!!

Uptick in Kansas City auto crime now impacts City Hall. Take a look:

Car thieves will often target any vehicle they can get their hands on. KCTV5's Caroline Sweeney explains that can include a city vehicle.
