Protesters unhappy with horse-drawn carriage rides on Country Club Plaza
Kansas City Carriages looks forward to the thousands of children and adults, families who come to the Country Club Plaza for their annual horse-drawn carriage ride. But now, they could be coming to an end. That's what one group of people will be asking for at a protest tonight.
These protesters need a beat down. The horses like what they do.
ReplyDeleteFuck those horses
ReplyDeleteI think I’ll go down there and take a carriage ride. If any protester says anything to me I will punch them in the mouth.
ReplyDeleteThese protesters need to get a fucking life.
ReplyDeleteWhat would Trigger, Mr. Ed, Silver and Champion the Wonder Horse say. Nags lives matter.
ReplyDeleteJohn Elway too.
DeleteIts too God Damn bad life is so boring that it breads protesters! I would never waste a dime of my time being such a bitch about stupid shit like this! I thought women work now, how do they ever find the time to recruit the she males that protest along side of them??? The grown ups need to really learn how to grow up - death is inevitable we all will have our day and we all know it, so why the fuck do people have to make the journey to the end train so miserable? Poeple need to enjoy the short time they have and quit being the bitches they are!!!
ReplyDeleteIf these "animal rights" protestors truly believe that horses pulling carriages is "Cruel", then go right up to Jamesport, MO and tell all of those Mennonites and Amish to quit "abusing horses" by making them pull those black carriages with the metal wheels. Those communities up there aren't just having horses pull carriages around a few city blocks on level terrain. Those people up there have horses pull carriages for many miles a day; up and down hills, across highways with high-speed traffic, in all kinds of weather. You think there's also a "safety hazard" with those Plaza carriages?? You ever investigated an accident on a rural two-lane highway where someone in a car hit one of those buggies doing 60 MPH???
ReplyDeleteIf you "animal rights" people were honestly concerned about "cruelty" - you'd go "take a stand" against, by your definition, is even more "cruel" than the Christmas carriages on the Plaza.
Mr. Turner, very well said and very true!!! The only reason this is a issue on the plaza is becaue people who go there are rain drinkers and have NO clue about how the REAL world works, because the bubble they live in is just that small.
ReplyDelete8:13 - what is a "rain Drinker"?
ReplyDeleteA Rain Drinker = the people who think their shit doesnt stink or at least they think it doesnt. The plaza is a playground for those kind of people. When the flash mobs happened there the elite put tons of pressure on the city to get the area cleaned up - the city government rushed to action, yet they cant figure out how to NOT put a 911 caller on hold in a emergency. It doesnt take a genuis to figure out how this city, this state, this country and this world works if attention would ever be paid to reality!!
ReplyDeleteMust be nice to have such an empty life with all this time to do nothing but protest about anything and everything.
ReplyDeleteHow about protesting the shitty job Mayor Sly is doing?
I speculate a big motivating factor with these "protestors" and the carriages is...The Plaza and things like the Christmas carriages are viewed by many as "for the affluent". And we live in a time right now where the politics of class warfare is front and center. I hypothesize that, although they would never openly say it, in their mind is "we are going to run a tradition of you rich privileged people."
ReplyDeleteThese shitflakes need to either volunteer to pull the carts around th Plaza or shut the fuck up and mind their own business.
ReplyDelete100 + murders in a small section of the city and these shot stains are protesting animal rights. Even Micheal Brown would think this is stupid
ReplyDeleteis the protester that socked the horse down there?
