Man pleads no-contest to aggravated battery after choking 4-month-old at Overland Park Walmart
On Thursday, Oleh Zhownirovych pleaded no-contest and was found guilty of aggravated battery and intentional harm and battery after he choked a 4-month-old baby in a checkout line at an Overland Park Walmart in mid-October. The prosecutor dismissed the aggravated kidnapping charge against Zhownirovych, who is 54 and from Clifton, N.J.
Alright, with the anonymity of the internets (kinda), this f'd up story makes me laugh. I'm not entirely sure why, like some sort of over the top cartoon event. That said, if someone tried to choke out my child, likely they would end up dead. If I saw someone choking out another child, I reckon I'd choke them out too.
