TKC UPDATE!!! BROOKSIDE LAWYER THOMAS PICKERT MURDER AFTERMATH: UNFAIRLY OR NOT, KANSAS CITY SOCIAL MEDIA DENIZENS STILL SUSPECT RIGHT WING CONSERVATIVE DAVID JUNGERMAN!!!

After Thomas Pickert was murdered, police took their sweet time in telling locals that they talked to David Jungerman and that he was NOT A SUSPECT despite so many media reports which connected his van and his legal biz to the homicide.

Questions for our blog community to consider . . .

Are locals unfair and shaming this controversial Trump donor as they cast their online suspicions upon Mr. Jungerman??? OR is this a sign that Kansas City doesn't have much trust in statements from police???

While it's accurate to document the guy's previous crazy and armed actions . . . It's also worth nothing that he has his defenders and those who callously sympathize with his good fortune upon the murder of a legal adversary.

TKC EXCLUSIVE: THERE HAVEN'T BEEN MANY TIPS FROM BROOKSIDE NEIGHBORS REPORTED . . . DO THEY DESERVE THE SAME SCORN WE GIVE THE EAST SIDE FOR SILENCE AFTER A MURDER???

Surprisingly, no vigil after this murder.

Finally, is the attention to this killing overrated and a symptom of Kansas City's divisive discourse???

Whilst some complain about too much coverage . . . Other snowflakes lament the lack of an update and speculate that more deets are on the way.

You decide . . .

    1. Of course the homicide dominated the news when it happened. The connections were pretty clear. Would be really surprised if this was some random killing but it happens.

    2. Why would you be surprised? Go two blocks over and random murders happen all the time.

    3. Random? Bullshit. Jungle justice may occasionally miss its mark and take an innocent life but it's rare.

  2. If he's arrested, it'll be on Friday at 6:30 PM so that no news will be able to provide coverage until Monday.

  3. Even police say his was "targeted" it was not a random shooting.

  8. Targeted murders boil down to very few causes.. money, sex... they had to know he was on that porch when he was.. why has there not been an obituary? Maybe he had some side action going.

  9. I just know if this Jungerman didn't do it, he needs to sue Phil Carderella for defamation.

  12. Damn shame police are dragging their feet on this one.

I guess that's the thing about KC. Black or white there isn't quick justice for anyone. Something to remember for all those people who live here.

  13. Has "Mean Jean" sent that other killer at Indian Creek trail to the chair yet? Seems like that is an open and shut case but he'll be getting three hots and a cot for the next 20 years.

    8:27, I don't think that you're a human. I think you're a disgusting animal.

"Oh you could not be more wrong about that." So, there have been many tips reported?

You & Tony must be looking at different news feeds.

Or, maybe, you're just a stupid disgusting animal.

  17. THE GREAT IRONY is that Jungerman is likely losing his business and home after being hit with an approximate $6M judgment by a looney jury for protecting himself and his property.....BUT may win a $6M settlement from suing the various media outlets which incorrectly tied him to the murder of this attorney.

You lose some, you win some, life balances out.

  19. A guy Hunts down a homeless man and shoots him 3 times with an AK 47. Maybe the use to beat off to Good fellas and Scarface for 30 years, I don't know. But when he said 3 out of 5 times is good shooting from the hip? First of all he'd bragging to the media, second he's using an AK 47? When a guy flips to hunting humans and it's easy to do, people like to do evil stuff then is quite clear he's not going to stop. The question is, why didn't someone Close to him kill him. I think it's time to look at the killers family and see what's going on?

  21. When Jungerman finally gets charged you can bet your ass he's gonna suck a pistol. They won't take him alive. In a nutshell, this guy has been an asshole all his life and Karma has caught up to him.
