Multi-city initiative claims to have ended veteran homelessness; some say that's a bold statement
Local leaders say they've eliminated homelessness among area veterans, but some organizations that work closely with veterans say the numbers tell a different story. Two years ago, the mayors of Kansas City, MO, Kansas City, KS and Independence, MO joined a nationwide initiative.
The vast number of these so-called homeless veterans are actually just a bunch of Stolen Valor douchebags masquerading as veterans, looking for suckers to give them a handout.
ReplyDelete^ by that I mean the ones you see panhandling. Not the Real Veterans you see at the VA or VFW. They are legit.
ReplyDeleteHolland needs to get lost.
ReplyDeleteIt took me 2 1/2 years and a congressman to get my first VA appointment. It took ten minutes for AFEES to verify my service so I could shop at the exchange. As long as Trump refuses to fix the VA, as promised, we will never know how many real vets are on the streets. You can be sure the fucking scam VA wont come up with the energy or magic formula to rectify the situation.
