KANSAS CITY CORPORATIONS STAY WINNING TOP RANKING FOR LGBT EQUALITY!!!
There is no culture war inside local corporations where progressive politics dominates the rules of the workplace.
Accordingly . . .
KANSAS CITY CORPORATE POWER PLAYERS CHAMPION LGBT RIGHTS IN LOCAL WORKPLACES!!!
Big money donations also help foster greater local "equality" or at least help prevent discrimination lawsuits.
Either way, here's the bright side . . .
Kansas City Biz Journal: Six area companies rank high for LGBTQ equality efforts
"Scoring a perfect 100 on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index 2018 were AMC Entertainment Holdings, Cerner Corp., Hallmark Cards Inc., Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP, Sprint Corp. and Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Nationwide, 609 companies earned a 100 percent score on the index this year.
"The index rates Fortune 500 companies, the 200 highest-grossing revenue law firms in the nation and hundreds of public and private large and mid-sized companies. Ratings are based on non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ employees and their families, education and accountability metrics to promote LGBTQ inclusion competency and public commitment to LGBTQ equality."
Again, this note is important if only to confirm that progressive support of equality NOW DOMINATES KANSAS CITY CORPORATE CULTURE and doesn't represent a fringe view but instead is part of working life for the most powerful organizations in the metro.
