Fox4: Some happy, some frustrated as horse-drawn carriage rides return to Country Club Plaza for holiday season
Money line . . .
“I am a little disappointed because last year we garnered almost 20,000 signatures of different people in Kansas City who would like to see these horses retired and this tradition either changed or ended,” Blythe Cooper with Animal Action of Kansas City said.
After a 2016 crash involving a horse-drawn carriage at the Plaza and another incident in Saint Louis where a horse carrying a carriage drowned, some don’t think these rides should continue.
Developing . . .
Use dogs from the pound. It's a win-win.
ReplyDeleteWho cares what these people think, these are working horses and if the blacks could drive there wouldn’t be any problems
ReplyDeleteBan the rides
ReplyDeletethen sell the horses to the glue factory.
Or to the Chinese restaurants for meat.
Fuck these doofus-gooders. I got a "C" note that says you can't find ten of them that have actually been raised around horses, farming or ranching or know jack fucking shit what an animal likes or doesn't. Stupid libtard fucks!
ReplyDelete10:41 a.m. Is it POSSIBLE for you to make a statement without all the profanity? Do you have more than 10 words in your vocabulary. You can make your point without with "f" words.
ReplyDeleteOh, and animals and cars do not mix. Especially in a congested area such as the Plaza. It's risky enough just walking around.
24,000,000 tourist must have a carriage ride
Deletesorry Snowflake,we here at TKC like to fucking swear.
Delete@ 10:41 I was raised on a farm, I know a bit about horses, I've seen the horses on the Plaza, I've noticed the problems with the way they have been shod, I've seen the sores from improperly fitted collars, and I agree that something needs to be done about it!
ReplyDeleteI don't care if horses are the second stupidest animal ever domesticated (Turkeys win again!), they shouldn't be treated the way these poor beasts are!
Now, you smug shit, you can kiss my ass!
Based on the comments here, I guess I will definitely have to patronize the carriages this Christmas season. If for no other reason than to piss you people off.
ReplyDeleteDon't like it? Call the St. Joseph MoDOT Office.
MIZ---
Maybe the real answer is to get the real Amish to run the carriage businesses since they know how to make a horse work.
ReplyDeletesend them a few niggers and see if they can work their magic on the feral yard jockeys
DeleteConvicts in harness pulling rickshaws.
ReplyDeleteSave our horses for the tranny slapper!
What would Mr.Ed say.
ReplyDeleteThe clearly diseased animals, with their mange, rotting teeth and what is quite clearly horribly inbred physical characteristics are a disgrace to the Plaza.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's just the CARRIAGE DRIVERS!!
