Ken Block: $93M Plaza office tower will be 'icon of Kansas City' - Kansas City Business Journal

Block Real Estate Services will break ground Monday for what Managing Principal Ken Block thinks will become "the icon of Kansas City." Scheduled to open early in 2020, the 14-story 46 Penn Centre tower at 4622 Pennsylvania Ave. will be the first multitenant office building completed in the Country Club Plaza area since the 11-story Plaza Colonnade opened in 2005.

  3. Plaza is dead , if you dare to be there at night , you got a good chance of getting dead too ! A new building will just give inner city youth scholar's hood rats a new corner or three to hide behind before they jump yo azz , BITCHES !!
