KANSAS CITY TOY TRAIN STREETCAR STILL REFUSES TO STOP AFTER NO VOTE!!!

The vote on Question 1 back in August mandated that the toy train had to check with voters CITYWIDE before building onto the line. This latest bit of propaganda says otherwise:

Port KC Plans To Help Extend Streetcar To Berkley Riverfront 'With Or Without' Federal Funds

A proposed $30 million extension of the downtown streetcar to Kansas City's Berkley Riverfront could substantially boost development opportunities and allow people to live and visit there without cars, according to the leader of Port KC.

  2. Good then do it without federal funds see where that gets ya.

7:08 You're right and they are celebrating the massacre in Las Vegas on the african american forum to show ya what kind of people they are. In my opinion they are NOT Americans and will never be Americans.

  3. I certainly hope the funding for this extension is already in the City's hands. the Isle Of Capri chain is named by the WSJ as one of the ten most likely corporations to go out of existence before 2020!

If this so-called "Port Authority" (What ports do we have, anyway?)
is somehow able to link the funding for this expansion to the load already piled onto the KC Taxpayer's burden, the Kay Barnes'25-year KC bankruptcy will be extended another 25, and we will have no streets left.

Maybe a citizen's petition to place a question on the April Ballot to eliminate the "Port Authority" is called for, what do you think?

  6. Of course they’re going to run that toy train somewhere, they have a bunch of track for toy train stashed here already, and I mean a bunch!

  7. Say goodbye to Riverfest and PrideFest at Richard Berkley park if this happens. And those high priced apartment rentals or condos will deal with the smell of the Missouri river. Good luck with those new leases and resales.

  8. ^^^ You mean that paying 3,000 a month for the smell of rotten eggs during the summer and three times a week every other season is a bad idea?

    The hell you say!

  9. Tony Botello is right, stop any development at the riverfront because they support gays. Use the money to round up the homos and throw them off the rooftops!!!

  10. S'lie James, "I know what's best for KC. And I'm what's best. And what I say is that we need to extend the streetcar, build a new airport, and fund a new downtown hotel by any means necessary. No matter the cost. By the way, please make checks towards my next campaign for U.S. Senate payable to Sylvester James. Thank you for your support!"
