Follow-up footage from the recent Labor Day minimum wage rally and a look at the powerful message delivered to protesters advocating for more cash.
Remember that KC recently approved $15-an-hour minimum wage in defiance of the Missouri State Law which prevents municipalities from making those mandates on local biz.
And now the unions are pushing for $12-an-hour in a statewide referendum while robots are making a mean Caesar Salad.

You want more money? Develop your skills first.
Been to Target or Walmart? They have a section where they are trying to get people to scan their own products and pay for it. This isn't rocket science and is easy to teach.

Because when the day comes when Target and Walmart and such are paying 15 dollars an hour they will probably only have half the amount of workers to afford them. And they will only higher the ones that pass skill tests so they won't hire idiots and if you can show you're taking college classes that will help you get on also.
The normal meth head won't get hired so learn a skill.

In 4 minutes I'd have gone in to tell the manager I'm not waiting another minute FOR A FRIKKEN ALREADY MADE SITTING IN THE FRIDGE FRIKKEN SALAD AT FRIKKEN 9 PM AND WHILE BEING THE FRIKKEN ONLY DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER! (No, I wouldn't---BECAUSE I DON'T EAT AT THOSE JOKES. But, IF I DID...).
ReplyDeleteDamn, why did you wait so long? Why do you go to those ICK INCUBATORS? Many fast food stops are naaaasty. I can make 3 or more better salads at home with my garden vegs for what those stanky holes charge, and I wash the food AND MY HANDS well! Those burgers and sh*t are mass produced yuck. Clown, please put a garden in and get what ya don't grow at the grocery or farmers' markets.
