SHOCK!!! COUNCIL DUDE SCOTT WAGNER WINS FIRST KANSAS CITY MAYORAL POWER RANKING POLL ACCORDING TO KICK-ASS ELITE TKC MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY!!!

The Kansas City silly season is closer than locals think and so we reached out to the top ranking denizens of our blog community to provide the FIRST critical look at the mayoral race.

Better than consulting firm hype, our blog community has a reputation for keeping it real whether we like it or not. For instance, TKC blog community denizens accurately called the latest fair wage vote far before any other pollster weighed in . . . And now, let's start the Mayoral talk in a poll that's just a bit better than MSM propaganda.

Checkit:

COUNCIL DUDE SCOTT WAGNER WINS THE FIRST KANSAS CITY MAYORAL POLL BY  A 10-POINT MARGIN!!!

We asked and top ranking blog community denizens answered . . .

39% of elite TKC blog community members favored the current Mayor Pro Tem and the man who could permanently represent the Northland at the 12th & Oak top spot.

And then . . .

A little more than 29% of elite TKC blog community denizens voted for Councilman Jermaine Reed for Mayor in our introductory polling. This was a bit of a surprise and a hint that he might be a stronger candidate than expected.

After a tough week and so many ethics questions . . .

Council Lady Jolie Justus came it at a paltry 3rd place in this Mayoral polling contest with 21% of the vote and quite a few denizens of our community doubting her ability to confront or shake herself from corporate entanglements.

Finally . . .

Our blog community sadly had to confirm some research by other pollsters as we found that 6th district Council Dude Scott Taylor garnered only a meager 11% support from our blog community . . .

Nevertheless . . . There are other contenders still waiting to declare their candidacy and, like it or not, there's a long way to go before the Mayoral contest is complete.

As always, this list has been compiled according to scientific TKC polling and market research data and it's a weekly comprehensive guide to local powerful people.

  1. When Kathryn gets in this thing, it will be a totally different race. She is a tougher campaigner than all of these people put together.

    1. let's not discount the chance for a 3rd term for Mayor Sly James. The rules don't apply anymore so a quick charter change would be EASY to accomplish.

He could still beat all of these people.

  8. A gal has to floss somehow. Think of those fat sweaty thighs wrapped around your neck, you would need a weed whacker to reach the smelly stuff. Now, straight gals shave because they want to present a clean and tasty offering.

Spend a lot of time on Tony's ranting about "Homo Tranny Bitches", don't you? Hmmmmm...

Next time you hear a knock on the door leading down to Mommy's Basement, hurry to answer it, it might be a whole "train" of Homo Tranny Bitches, and they all are in LOOOOVVE with you! Hurry, hurry, they're hot for your ass!

  16. Well, I'm not Phil Cardarella, and I agree with 8:04, whoever that is--that Kathryn Shields would make the best mayor.

If anyone has listened to the soundtrack for Hamilton, the musical--one theme for success is Talk Less, Smile More. That is what she appears to be doing now. Shields is not like the others. She doesn't need to take credit or be out front. She can count to seven votes.

And there will be huge candidate fatigue with those who got out front WAY too early. The two Scotts and Jolie--aren't we sick of them already???

Let's wait till after the NO-vember vote. Even tho she voted with the unanimity to put the issue on the ballot, let' see...if the public votes no, Shields might then mobilize for her idea of Airport Revenue Bonds. There was no point for her to vote against putting it on the ballot if there were not seven votes to back the Revenue Bonds at that moment. Shields keeps her powder dry.

I just hate watching KCMO fall apart. It's bad for everyone on both sides of the state line. It's the "Detroit syndrome". Rotting from the inside out.

  17. Hey, 10:39, Silverback Sly--
here's the deal. First, you are a coward, refusing to use your real name.

Second, you never ran for office, like I did. You never raised the funds for mailers, you never walked door to door in 40 degree weather, 15 hours a week for 8 weeks, with a clipboard to meet the voters, like I did, in three successful elections to the Shawnee city council. And then you never SERVED the public for five years, sitting in those boring meetings and listening to griping from folks like you who don't know the facts but love to call names.

Third, you do not KNOW your elected officials. You never served on a board of directors with Kathryn Shields, for eight years, like I have.

You're just another sniper. Attacking other commenters--but i notice you don't have the intellect to actually make a cogent comment ON TOPIC. you just make ad hominem attacks (look that up, schmuck. or ask someone who knows what it means.)

The whole point of TKC is to gather facts and share opinions. Not just wallow in the mud and call names. So either speak to the TOPIC or shut up. I have every right to comment on this, because I know something about the topic. (I've also managed dozens of successful campaigns, which you haven't.) And written checks to over 30 different candidates, which you haven't. And saved taxpayers over $2.4 BILLION in taxes from the defeat of BiState II and Big Soccer.

Tony doesn't need your sniping. But you sure seem to get all puffed up with self-importance when attacking others. What the hell are you FOR???? Tell us that--contribute to the conversation, and stop tinkling on others.
