Vacant home along Brighton burns, cause of fire still under investigation
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A house fire with people trapped inside--that's what Kansas City firefighters thought they were responding to early Thursday morning. When they got to the scene, neighbors told them the house was vacant. The battalion chief said they got a 9-1-1 call around 4 a.m.
Just one of the average 42 daily evictions where the ex occupant set the house on fire because the owner had them legally thrown out for not paying their rent. But kcur wants everybody to think it's racism

So the City is powering ahead with it's Dangerous Buildings program. Let's see, that's one building every 4th Tuesday in months that have an X in them.
