TKC Must See: Kansas City Healing Waters

Kansas City fly fishing for a good cause . . .

"Project Healing Waters in Kansas City, MO serves veterans through a unique form of therapy. Ranging from those who served in Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan, Project Healing Waters brings veterans together to tie flies, wade into cool streams and find fellowship along the way."

Check this worthwhile clip for those with a bit of extra time this morning . . .

  1. Fuck this child psychology. What the Veterans need is a tip free tit bar. Just don't let the VA run it or the veterans will end up dancing while the hoes sit on their asses and say, "Thank you for your service."

  2. There are so many of these types of programs that have sprung up over the last few years.

My wife is starting to get suspicious after I told her that I'm starting my own program "Project Man Cave" in which my friends will gather in our basement to heal over football games, snacks and beer.

  3. C'mon, let's do nice for the vets. The vast majority of them were willing and able to kick ass in their very young years, and then, work several decades to contribute to loads of taxes and other good.

The vets deserve reward and recognition, plus recreation and relaxation. Why not, if the GIBSMEs are provided with Rock Yo Glock, Pizza Parties For Plaza Pests, and Hoops In Da Hood (Grab A Teen Girl For A Kwiki)???!!!

  4. Sure is a bitch that the only place around hear a Vet can get any healing is a fishing hole.
