KANSAS CITY - The Kansas City Chiefs are beginning their second year with the KC production company Tico Productions. Tico Productions is expanding efforts to engage the Spanish-speaking community with Chiefs games. Oscar Monterroso and his wife CiCi Rojas are the co-owners of Tico Productions.
