  1. If the victim had life insurance does it pay off in these circumstances ?

    1. Once upon a time, there was a guy in the hood who got the gangbangers to take out life insurance policies with him as the beneficiary. He would pay the premiums and would just sit back knowing that they were most likely to get killed. Good gamble on his part. And yes if they are the victim of a murder, the insurance company would pay. And no, the guy did not kill any of them himself. He didn't have to, the odds were in his favor anyway.

    1. Most life insurance policies have a section regarding death in the commission of a crime or felony. Aggravated domestic assault and aggravated assault on a law enforcement office would probably cancel that out. Even in Jackson County

  3. Why couldn't they just talk it out? SMH. I am sickened by this tragedy

    1. Yeah talking it out would have worked in this case. Beating a female while armed with a gun, fleeing when the police show up, drawing the gun and possibly firing shots at the officers. Nothing new on Prospect. Take your bullshit mediation crap back to Leawood

  6. 6:29, that is true only of accidental death benefits. A basic life insurance policy would pay the death benefit unless it was in its first two years and the death was a suicide "by cop" or otherwise.

  7. Is it just me or is there a retard or possibly extremely drunk and comment or loose on this thread...? I just had to ask if it was just me getting that feeling IDK

  9. People think people on 34th & Prospect have life insurance?

  10. Pearls on Prospect and blocks away from that shitty new east patrol building. Here's added proof that razing that neighborhood was a waste of taxpayer resources and unexpected life changes for those who were forced out. black politicians are worse than racist, White cops.

  11. Witnesses said the dead guy shot first.

  12. The cops didn't need to shoot him. They could have tazered him and he would still be alive.
