KCI project takes another confusing turn as dueling ballot proposals advance - Kansas City Business Journal
A Kansas City Council joint committee was split Thursday on what language to place on the Nov. 7 ballot in an attempt to win required voter approval for the roughly $1 billion single-terminal modernization of Kansas City International Airport.

ReplyDeleteTracy is 100 percent correct- the process has been wrongly manipulated so kc will not be presented any upgrade/update option to consider. That is a travesty. We are lucky to have Tracy providing informed perspectives outside the managed pap from the insider class.
ReplyDeletePeople should remember the airport serves a very large area and is federal in many dimensions, certainly bi-state in scope despite City Hall Sly/Troy/Burns tricks as if it is their billion dollar fix to skunk in
ReplyDeleteWhy don't Burns & Mac and the KC Business Journal push for a brand new airport in Southern Johnson County where all the important business flyers live? Haven't we heard gobs of complaints about how "far away" KCI is from the people who use it?
