TKC TIPSTERS TOLD YOU SO!!! CONFIRMED: COMBATIVE JACKSON COUNTY JAIL INMATE DIES AFTER HE WAS LOCKED IN CHAIR!!!

We had a mostly productive conversation about this tragic topic early this morning thanks to KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS putting this news on blast FIRST.

Now, here are the deets as the political fallout continues . . .

First, the official word from the County . . .

Overnight Inmate Incident

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – On Thursday, July 20, at approximately 11 p.m., an individual was brought into the Jackson County Detention Center (JCDC) by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office on a parole violation.

Upon arrival to intake, the 35-year-old man was evaluated by a nurse. Due to the inmate’s combative behavior and to prevent him from harming himself or correction’s officials, he was placed in a restraint chair pursuant to national accreditation standards. During the approximate 2.5 hours he was in our facility, he was checked numerous times by health care professionals and Corrections staff.

When determining that there was a health emergency, numerous medical professionals performed life-saving measures on him. Emergency personnel were immediately called and transported him to Truman Medical Center, where he died.

Corrections staff reported the incident to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.

  1. This doesn't look good. We now have what could potentially be a major human rights abuse story and the courthouse doesn't seem equipped to deal with it.

I've noticed that compared to Jackson County Missouri, and Degenerate Liberal Jean Peters Baker, prosecuting Attorney, that Kansas doesn't "Cater & Pander" to their criminals, especially Murderers and Armed Car Jackers like Jean Peters Baker and the Jackson County Judges do !!!
Now if this Degenerate Murderous Hoodrat would of done this in Jackson County, Ol' Jean Peters and the Judges would have this Murderer out on the streets again Next Month in KC, for everybody to have to deal with , again,,,,

Don't know about you all, but I'm Fed up with that Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker and her liberal bullshit as well as that pathetic Sly James !! as they constantly Cater & Pander to the Criminals and Degenerates in KCMO / Jackson County !

  8. As a right-wing, libertarian, constitutionalist, Republican I find the administration of the nations county jail system, and Jackson County in particular to be extremely disturbing. There is no reason that federal penitentiaries and state prisons are more desirable than county jails. Most folks held in county jail are awaiting trial, and are presumably innocent people. The worst of the punishment should not occur before trial. This undermines the application of justice. Either segregate convicts from those awaiting trial, and treat them to better accomodations and security, or improve the conditions of the entire jail. And yes I realize this was a convict, re offender for parole violation.

  9. would somebody please call amnesty international?

this tragic incident is part of a pattern that may rise to a level requiring international intervention.

  10. When citizens organize into search and destroy teams , abscond covertly with jailers, cops, etc that misuse their power on citizens, and their families and loved ones, torture them heinously, then these miscreants might get in line.

  11. Guards running the jail are worse than the inmates. Buck stops with Frank White.

  12. One does not die from being "combative".
Or Clay Chastain would be dead.
    As well as Donald Trump.
    And any number of others.

So let's wait for a tox report.
Don't we suspect the actual cause of deat was an overdose of drugs??

    1. No,i suspect he got his ass beat and was left for dead

  13. Parole Violation. In other words a felon that was given a chance to rehab, change his criminal conduct and be free and he fucked it up. Any bets what the autopsy will find in his system? Good Riddance!

  14. But his mother said he didn't have any "medical issues" that would have caused his death. Oh? How about drugs and alcohol? Sorry for this mom, but he didn't just start acting this way.

    ReplyDelete
  15. 9:45 ^^^ Right, because a parole violation would justify him dying like this. I'm thinking he probably had drugs in his system, but died because the shit hole jail staff didn't get him care. Or he might have been having a mental breakdown and the Silverback Sly is dead on about what happened.

    ReplyDelete
  16. No dumb ass! The original offense would have justified his ass being shot dead at the scene and that started the handing out of more passes on his now dead ass.

    ReplyDelete
  17. That's brilliant. Have the cops just start shooting everyone so no one winds up in the Jackson County jail, where abuse and neglect results in lawsuits.
