No matter which partisan viewpoint our readers subscribe to . . .
This clip of The Young Turks calling out Missouri politicos for cracking down on Missouri minimum wage increase legislation is important because it represents a talking point that's gaining traction for progressives among the working-class throughout the nation.
You decide . . .
Damn shame
ReplyDeleteThe young turds are your typical white hating, middle class hating, BLM loving, Muslim apologizing, clueless progressives. It is obvious after seeing a few of their videos, they would like nothing more to see world wide white, Christian genocide.
ReplyDeleteSo let's leave out the fact that there were TWO laws already in MO State Statues that prohibited local municipalities from enancting their own way wage and benefits laws. The intent of state jurisdiction has always been there. Only with the help of a left leaning Supreme Court was there cloud placed over the previous language in place over 20 years.
ReplyDeleteStart reading the studies coming out about how it is actually hurting those it intending to help in Seattle and San Francisco now that there has been enough time to analyze fact vs political motivation.

ReplyDeleteYep raise the wage and jobs get cut, businesses close their doors. What then? More freebies at tax payers expense?
I CAN HAZ CHEEZBURGERS!
ReplyDeleteThe sad part is they have no idea how much time, energy and money it takes to run a business. All they see is some guy that owns a business and automatically assumes he's filthy rich, they have no idea how deep in debt that person is or how money hours a week they put in to keep it going but yet they think that flipping a burger is worth $15 a hour, sorry folks all your going to do is put them out of business and you out of work
ReplyDeleteOut throwing tantrums when they could be in school training for a job that could have the potential to pay what they want? This is why the stupid lazy fucks will always make minimum wage.
ReplyDeleteI agree with 8:35 if they have all this time to protest they have even more time to better themselves.
ReplyDeleteI am an equal opportunity employer. There is zero chance I hire anyone again until the gov gets out of the way. I can run the company myself, been doing it since 2010 when I laidoff 10 full time and 10 part time....
ReplyDeleteButthurt employee? Try starting a business sometime and making it turn a profit, then get back with me dumb fucks.
20 people laid-off what kind of business are you doing and what went wrong?
DeleteThanks, arrogant Missouri bigots, for codifying your hatred of working people. You're everything we've always thought you were - greedy, mean and wrapped up in the notion of your own superiority.
ReplyDelete8:35 You are a delusional moron. People make better for themselves and their families by making themselves appeal to employers or they develop their own businesses. These dregs are doing neither. They are simply looking in a new place for another handout. If you want to make more money you need to ponder what you must change about yourself to get there. As long as you are looking for people to blame for your personal problems instead of working on them, you are accepting that nothing will change. In short, either motivate or fucking starve.
