KANSAS CITY, Mo. - It's a tale of two burglaries. Someone broke into Westport Ice Cream Bakery on July 8th, smashing the bottom of the glass door to get inside and snatching the cash register out. Just three days earlier, on July 5th, someone broke a lower window in front of Yogurtini in Blue Springs and tried to grab a register.
Why would a business leave cash in the register overnight?
ReplyDeleteNo manager in the morning, so the store is set for the following day's operation the night before. Bad practice.
