Federal Judge Denies Kris Kobach's Request To Reconsider Sanctions

A federal magistrate judge has denied a request by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) to reconsider sanctions against him. U.S. Judge James P. O'Hara fined Kobach $1,000 in June for making "patently misleading representations" to the court regarding the contents of documents he was photographed holding when he met with Donald Trump last year.

Feeling a little threatened for your voting rights?

  4. He probably doesn't have voting rights, but under out present libtard logic program it is no problem for him to vote.

  5. Easiest thing, bring back the poll tax. You don't have skin in the game, you don't get to vote, simple. Government would decrease 60% overnight, taxes would drop, and everything would move towards a traditional conservative bent immediately.

  7. No 11:44, he's just tired of moochers voting for taxpayers to support their lifestyle choices.

  9. You can't argue with geriatrics. They only repeat what Fox tells them. They are too stupid to make up their own minds. You can't convince them of anything because their closed little minds are shut tight. They are here for comic relief only. Don't engage them..they have nothing to offer and all day to offer it.

  10. @1:37 - you may want to improve your reading comprehension. I noted the anger that tax paying citizens have against freeloaders, but I'm very aware of what can and can't be done to minimize their impact.

  11. The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay poll tax or other tax.

Fuck yourself, @3:41, you fucking fascist turd. And the 5 cents of your taxes that contribute to the "general welfare" of the United States is duly noted.

  12. Fuck you 4:25, you moronic inbred shithead. You're too fucking stupid to critically analyze anything beyond the condition of the gerbil that you stick up your ass.
