Frank and his Chief of Staff Caleb spew so many lies it is impossible to keep track. The dead tree media should be ashamed for not calling these guys out more for their repeated distortions of the truth and outright lies. This house of cards is going to crash as the bodies in the jail keep piling up and the internal leadership vacuum leads to more and more problems - think property taxes.

ReplyDeleteLet's keep in mind that Caleb was in the process of being fired by the County Prosecutor, when Frank picked him up on his cleat. Caleb had a reputation for "stirring pots" and then presenting himself as some kind of hero for pointing out the resulting trouble. Everyone would have been better off if Caleb received the sack a little faster.
Caleb has done nothing but scheme and engage in childish maneuvers since he went down stairs. Caleb has picked fights with every member of the legislature and their staff.
Since Caleb's childish attempt to undo an election and throw out the sheriff blew up his face, Caleb has been blaming everyone else. It is a pathetic display Caleb! You can be sure that everyone you see in the halls looks at you with the contempt worthy of a loser. You are a mischief-maker who lacks a moral center.
For some reason, Frank White chooses to believe the ill-behaved little brat. Frank refuses to believe warnings from well-meaning people who can recognize the problem. Frank White will not be the first employer to be undone through loyalty to an undeserving employee.

Caleb, we know you spend a great deal of time on here so take this to heart if you have one. Frank has immeasurably helped you. You are making way more money than you did when you moved downstairs. But, you are unable to do the job, which you were hired to do. Through your rank incompetence and childish antics, you are destroying the man who gave you great advantages for a career going forward. Frank White deserves better than you are giving him or you are capable of giving him.
If you have even an ounce of self-candor Caleb, you should leave the County Executive's office to explore other opportunities - as soon as possible. You have done great harm. You should stop. Bring an end to this sorry exercise. Frank White deserves that much respect from you.

ReplyDeleteI thought the County Charter forbid the County Executive from passing his or her administrative powers to any other person or office? Hasn't Frank White done with having all the departments report to Caleb Clifford? Maybe the prosecutor should file papers to have White removed from the office he has abandoned?

He talks about transparency, but you can't find one word on the county's website about all this shit going on in the jail. Frank and his whole staff need to go.

Judging by the people Frank has surrounded himself with in the courthouse, I can only imagine how awful the Royals would be with him managing them.
