Newsies claim this is a 4-way competition but this local company has always had the inside track at City Hall and now they attempt to cut the rest of Kansas City in on the deal that will garner the company millions. Here's today's press event that's mostly unquestioned by local newsies:
Burns & McDonnell Adds 20 Partners To Its KCI Team
From the "KC Built. KC Pride." banners to the backdrop of the downtown skyline to the sprinkle of reps wearing Love KC shirts, Burns & McDonnell portrayed itself as the true hometown team during its KCI announcement Tuesday morning. The firm revealed 20 locally owned and operated businesses that it will take on as partners for its single-terminal KCI proposal.
Burn em Mac are posturing politically because they got caught putting in the fix, ought to be illegal they are choking off options prematurely. At least we know who caved to their bs. Well at least we know who to boycott
ReplyDeleteHand them an integrity delay until sly and Reardon are gone
ReplyDeleteName a SINGLE firm on their list who would not jump and work for anyone else they gave a KCI project to.
ReplyDelete- First, do we even need to build a new terminal
- Second, if so what are the must-haves in a new terminal
- Third, hire a lead firm
- Fourth, watch everyone of these "partners" line-up for their share of the pie regardless of who it is
Even if you don't fly all the time, please remember to vote down the proposed single terminal just because of how it's being shoved down our throats. They keep calling us dummies for not seeing the wisdom of their grand plan. Dummies of the World - vote NO....
ReplyDelete^^^ +1
ReplyDeleteSo apparently prostitution is practiced in parts of KCMO other than Independence Avenue.
ReplyDeleteAnd in broad daylight.
Watching these losers get bought off so easily and cheaply makes you want to go take a very long shower.
Where are all the protesters who make believe they're so concerned about threats to their democracy?
While you're looking at Washington, you're being screwed royally right here at home.
KCMO: the laughingstock of the mid-west.
BS artists in the court of public opinion for this staged pretense of getting a place at the pork trough, dis honoring the business community. Sly Dog and Reardon don't really want you to vote- no competition for their pals. Funny, the public doesn't just rollover and play stupid and go along with Mayor Bullhorn's rigged charade. Lining them up starting to look like a parody skit from SNL
ReplyDeletePeople should remember burn em Mac stunts over the last decade and their disregard for propriety and process
ReplyDeleteLooks like a truck bed of show pork hogs getting judged at the American royal
ReplyDeleteYou can metaphorically rob the bank if you can get a truckload of supplicants to act like Sly Dog and Burn em Mac have clothes on. They don't and it is not a pretty sight.
ReplyDeleteSouth Johnson county chamber stupid to limit choice and options too soon, bad form boys and girls. When did anti competition become a business value for a contrived emergency. Getting pretty close to supporting fraud
ReplyDeleteKc pride is high comedy see the sign, we are not proud of rigged deals at all. The pr agency came up with a good SNL tag line for a sticker on a package of ground beef. Gee, what stupid blather can we spout that will glaze over Joe and Suzy six packs eyes long enough for us to recover from the botched now public fix attempt. Weren't they supposed to be focused in on fixing streets sewers curbs, bridges with 800 million, no the pork appetite goes to infinity with these bs artists
ReplyDeleteButtfuck & McDouche has no integrity and neither does anyone associated with them.
ReplyDelete7:00 PM is right.
ReplyDeleteVote No Bro.
