KCI debate prompts City Council election challenge to Teresa Loar
The head of the Greater Kansas City AFL-CIO said on Thursday June 8, 2017 that he will challenge City Councilwoman Teresa Loar in the 2019 election, in part because of Loar's skepticism about a new single terminal at Kansas City International Airport.
