LIVING IN A BOX: WITNESS MIDTOWN KANSAS CITY MODULAR APARTMENT LIFE!!!

Check this clip showing off timelapse construction of this trendy location within walking distance of nearly 1/2 the crackheads in Kansas City . . .

"3435 Main is Kansas City's first modular apartment building. The apartment "pods" were manufactured in Nebraska and shipped to Kansas City one by one. This style of construction creates two major benefits for you. Each individual unit is it's own apartment, so they were double insulated on the top, bottom, and sides. When stacked side by side, this creates four layers of insulation which is unheard of in the traditional apartment build industry and provides premium seclusion from your neighbors. The 2nd main benefit to you is efficiency and quality control. You can rest easy knowing that every single one of these rental units were built with minimal construction waste and measured perfectly in a facility . . ."

Also, it's right next to the 2nd scariest Burger King in all of Kansas City wherein the exceptionally angry employees are genuinely surprised that anybody is optimistic enough to place an order.

You decide . . .

  6. Very weird location. The $1.49 10-piece nuggets next door are actually not that bad. The rip-off is when you order a small coke to wash them down.

  13. The critics are referring to the neighborhood around the apartments. This construction technique is very solid. It's the tenants that will cause the problems. Hope it succeeds, though.
