A Sleek & Modern 1920's Brookside Tudor is Sarah's Pick of the Week - At Home in Kansas City
My latest pick of the week is a sleek, Tudor-style home located in the heart of one of Brookside's best-known subdivisions, Armour Hills. Listed at $510,000, this is one of the highest priced homes in the subdivision to date. Take a look!
ReplyDeleteSorry, but that Tudor house is butt ugly, and grossly overpriced. HOA on top of all that for what? The HOA should have stopped that ridiculous upper and lower sun room/porch area that doesn't blend with the style or period of the house.
The other house in Lexington has had a contract on it for a long time now, should be in closing soon.
BUY BUY BUY CONSUME!
ReplyDeleteIn 1957, the average price of a Brookside home was about 20k. My folks paid 14k for theirs.
ReplyDeleteThat is about what they are really worth too.
