Wyco Crackdown On Blighted Vacant Houses

We can only hope these locals go after the same kind of slumlords and absentee bank owners which keep so much of KCMO looking like a pitiful mess . . .

Unified Government targets thousands of vacant homes, hoping to clean up Wyandotte County neighborhoods

KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- The Unified Government of Wyandotte County is targeting vacant and abandoned houses -- hoping to clean up neighborhoods. The UG says its tax delinquency rate is close to 10 percent -- and this county has over 6,000 vacant homes where nobody's paying.

  1. WyCo is third world. The dumb ass mayor invited all these non-whites to live there. Enjoy the diversity!

  2. The mayor of Kansas City, Kansas, in an address to the radical socialist organization National Council of La Raza, bragged that his city is no longer majority white and the city’s schools now have students who speak 62 different languages.

According to the 2010 U.S. Census, Kansas City, Kansas, was 52 percent white.

But in a speech before the La Raza National Affiliates Luncheon earlier this week in Kansas City, Mayor Mark Holland boasted that only five years later his city’s white population has been reduced to 40 percent.

  3. KCK is a fucking shit hole. I have driven through the areas of eastern Wyandotte county and it's so shitty it will never be the same. KCK was once a safe place. I know because I had a grandmother who lived there. You could raise a family there. Now, with the nigs and hispanics all hell broke loose. Graffit, gangs, homicides, whatever. KCK is the shit hole of Kansas next to Sedgwick county. Both suffer the same cultural poisons. if you want to live in KCK you better learn Spanish and get used to cocain.

  4. So the people who created this problem are going to solve it? You got to love how the Unified Crooks get paid to pull this crap off year after year.

There's a bloated UG office called Livable Neighborhoods. Just should be called Hoods R-US. I knew someone who once worked in the office. Always complaining about how the top peeps never had to show up, paid $80 grand a year, plus cars (they have a huge vehicle fleet), and all the usual perks that come with a UG job.

I once made the mistake of asking this questions at a public meeting, "where are the livable neighborhoods in Wyandotte County?" That didn't turn out well. Death threats up went up 50% that week.

The 40% left are screwed unless you're on the UG gravy train. If so, you have it made. Read this and you'll see how the UG operates:

  5. I've done a lot of work for people moving FROM the countryside INTO the larger metro within the UG. I'm always stunned. Do people not drive around within a mile or so of where they are moving to in order to understand what they're getting in to? A mile ain't nuffin' for a roving band of amish or southern-amish gangs.

  6. Obviously the answer is to raise property taxes like Jackson County!!!

  7. ^no worries, that is a fact of living in the Dotte every year. We have a mayor who laughs and jokes about raising our taxes. Ha freaking ha.

9:39 UG employees were once required to live in the county. Since they have made the entire county into a bigger shit hole, they think moving is the only way to have their kids learn to speak English. Plus, it's easier to hide the ill-gotten gains from public view. Have you seen the expensive cars, boats and vacations these fine public servants can afford?

  9. ^^No, have you? I doubt it. There is not one fucking thing a simp like you can do about it either. Is there simp? No...I thought so. So maybe instead of crying like a little bitch on a blog, maybe go outside and work. Try to contribute something to society instead of whining like a butt-hurt snowflake.

  10. For the old times, let's walk down memory lane to see how libtards can spend the hell out of our money.

Remember this guy: Big Mouth Maddox
    Commissioner Tarence Maddox, $7,797.59
Maddox’s expenses included the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Kansas City, Mo., $210; Annual Black History Banquet, Kansas City, Kan., $80; National League of Cities, Congressional City Conference, Washington, D.C., $3,104.41; National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials, Summer Conference, Rochester, N.Y. $1,548.24; NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet, Kansas City, Kan., $130; Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, Kansas City, Kan., $37.50; National League of Cities, Congress of Cities, Austin, Texas, $2,687.44.

How about this guy. How many miles has this fraud traveled on our dime? And this was a few years ago:
Holland’s trips included the U.S. Conference of Mayors Washington, D.C., $1,790.25; County Administrator Recruitment, Surprise, Ariz., $3,085.66; White House Invitation regarding Affordable Care Act Recognition, Washington, D.C., $1,102.25; Arq Futuro Cities and Water, Forum on Architecture and Urbanism, Sao Paola, Brazil, $1,581.32 (reimbursed by Arq Futuro); meeting and tour with architect regarding Healthy Communities Initiative, New Orleans, La., $1,048.22; National League of Cities, Congress of Cities, Austin, Texas, $1,514.89.

How's that healthy community scam paying off? We'll find out in the next four years. And who in the hell is Arq Futuro? Brazil? Really? Where corruption has been turned into an art form. That makes sense.

Signed not a Snowflake or white trash meth addict.
