The police in Mission, KS are about as bad as they come. I once got pulled over twice on the same night with only a few blocks in between -- the reason the second officer said he pulled us over is because our "license plate bracket" made us look suspicious. Granted, it was 2AM but neither of us were drinking and did absolutely nothing to be pulled over justifiably.
