The Jackson County medical examiner has ruled that Toni Anderson, the missing UMKC student whose body was found in the Missouri River, died from hypothermia and drowning. Authorities said other factors contributing to Anderson's death were ethanol, cocaine and amphetamine intoxication.
He gave her a breathalyzer test all right. Behind the Quik-Trip.
ReplyDeleteShame on that cop for not administering breath drug tests that haven't even been invented yet. He should have just cut off her finger and saved it to send to the lab for analysis. Junkies have no protection at all with these guys on the streets. Everyone knows that every stripper druggie that ever OD'd was a victim of the police. However, in order to preserve the reputation of a certain clairvoyant blogger and a crime fighting drone pilot it should be noted that she got her dope from Jackyl Da Ripper.

Cops are told to stand down and not be confrontational , especially since it's being documented on the dash and body cam . Wouldn't want to say or do anything that would offend the driver Snowflake or the ACLU , Just covering their own ass . ReplyDeleteNow,here's the deal,and you already know it.If I'm sitting in the opposing lane of traffic at 4:30 am acting,sounding & looking all disoriented. She was giggling and her story made NO sence,You guys would have me outta that car so quick,you'd make my eyeballs spin worse than Toni's were.
You would run me through the ringer with sobriety tests.You would ask 8f I'd blow in the portable breathalyzer, THEN if I passed all of that,you would go back to the follow the pen,don't move your head.
This test is effective in showing any sign of impairment, drugs or booze.
No need for chopping fingers off..lol
Once you decided I was "impaired",you would cuff me ,tell me I'm under arrest and take me down to the jail, where the real breathalyzer would be used (if I consented).If I passed that,you would still lock me up FOR OUI,because, and I'm putting myself in Toni's condition here,you would have known right from initial contact and actions,plus my eyeballs would tell you I was Twacked Out.
Truth is this cop did none of the above.He knew she was fucked up,"park it and gather yourself"..You know this,if you're a coo,your job ,most importantly, is to make sure that people who can't take care of themselves are taken care of..its not to endanger the public and the citizen even more,by just turning her loose..ya ya ya..she was a fucking stripper,all coke up ,method up and probably over the limit on the booze.
You still have to do your jobs,ESPECIALLY in a case like this,where she could've cremed some poor bastard just heading to work,or whatever the fuck!! The cop fucked up.was it close to quittin time? He could have been halfway through the booking process in the 20 minutes or so he spent sitting, doing nothing, or maybe in his mind, something more important.
Admit it..yes she was nowhere close to living right.we all know that But this cop just straight fucked up..out of laziness or for whatever reason. Dude did not do his job and yes,she'd be alive today if he had.Thank God she didn't kill anyone but herself..That would be a game -changer, Huh ?
True DAT , she should have been cuffed , car towed to the impound lot at the time , have had her sleep her drug and booze off in a cell till the next day , pretty routine . Let her do the walk of shame the next day , no harm done ! Bad decisions on the cops part , what a great tragedy .

All for a blow job behind a Quick-Trip.Really, like 10:42 said, the rest of use would have been alive in jail with a court date. She had to be blotto to drive that far and down that ramp. She was a great swimmer, why didn't she try and save herself. Sounds like a police coverup. Again.

ReplyDeleteI suppose so, and maybe you have more experience than I, but its what - 4:30 am? Shes parked on the wrong side of the road - she just told you that she just got off work from a bar and somehow wound up 3 or 4 miles past another bar that she was trying to get to - which I would assume was closed by then?? Perhaps they see a lot more of that than most people think - but I think you would at least want to see that person take a few steps, or at the very least drive off safely before you made any final judgement on the situation. Maybe he was able to determine that from her actions at Quick Trip?

Like others have said anyone else would have been checked out,especially in North Kansas City they are as bad as Leawood Ks as far as stopping the poor working class like me. I know this as I used to work nights in NKC and was followed many times driving Burlington now I drive State Line Rd and 435 in Leawood at night and get followed at least once a week by Leawood.

ReplyDeleteWhether the cop did his job like you wanted it done or not is irrelevant to that fact that the cop did not search her car, arrested on felony possession and send her nutball ass up the creek for the next ten years. One thing for sure. this broad was an accident waiting to happen and this damn sure was not the first time she had been head blown. Odds are sooner or later she would have met the Grim Reaper with or without a traffic stop and most likely without someone to blame other than herself.
The history books are full of stories of famous and not so famous druggies who checked out among scores of people who could have intervened in some way. Doesn't make a damn if you are Elvis, Prince or some shit head stripper. If you go down a path and think you are going to beat the time tested odds you are signing your own death warrant.
