BOULEVARD BREWING COMPANY PARTNERS WITH PROPAGANDA3 FOR NEW WEBSITE

With guidance and execution from Propaganda3, Kansas City-based specialty brewer Boulevard Brewing Company recently relaunched their flagship web presence, Boulevard.com. It’s the latest step in an ambitious overhaul of the company’s brand that began nearly two years ago, and has manifested itself in an updated logo, new packaging for the full lineup of beers, and the July 2016 opening of the popular Tours & Recreation Center.

“These last few years have been very exciting for us,” said Natalie Gershon, vice president of marketing for Boulevard Brewing Company. “We have a clear vision of how we want to express our brand at every consumer touchpoint. It was vital for us to find a partner who could create a digital platform to help bring that vision to life, and Propaganda3 proved to be the perfect choice.”

The re-engineered Boulevard.com contains a wealth of information, including up-to-date details on the company’s beers, where to find them, and even a new "Find Your Flavor" feature that allows site visitors to find their perfect match using taste profile characteristics, or simply their “Beer of the Moment” based on a short quiz. Additional features include the popular Brewer’s Blog, info on various Boulevard event space rentals, and details on the company’s community commitments and partnerships.

“Our challenge was to restructure a wide variety of information to be engaging, informative, and fun for Boulevard’s broad consumer base,” said Julia King, Propaganda3 president and project lead. “We had to consider the mindset not only of beer aficionados but also of the casual beer drinker, knowing that both have unique needs. And we had to ensure that the site functions seamlessly in both desktop and mobile environments. The collaboration between Boulevard and P3 proved to be highly productive, and was further elevated through mutual respect and admiration.”

Propaganda3 was already familiar with Boulevard through its work on Kansas City’s annual Boulevardia festival, in which it serves as an active participant and title sponsor.

“Throughout the entire process, the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Propaganda3 was truly impressive,” said Boulevard president Jeff Krum. “As Boulevardians, we wear our pride on our sleeves. It’s refreshing to work with a partner who honors their craft as much as we do.”
