KCTV5's investigative unit followed the vice squad as they combed streets and set up stings inside hotels in the middle of the day. "Most people think it's all seedy, it's all under the edge of the night that sort of thing.

The continuing wars on (drugs, prostitution, poverty, etc.) are nothing more at this point than an exercise in government self-sustenance. There's simply to much money flowing into these "wars", and too many government resources dedicated to them that would be lost, too look at the failed results and try something different.
