Hope For Hickman Mills School District???

Better than any other local news outlet, our blog community has followed the misadventures of Hickman Mills amid School Board musical chairs, behind the scenes power plays and phony accreditation schemes.

A recent public TV clip attempts to look for a bright side . . .

Check the description:

"The Hickman Mills School District in Kansas City, Missouri, is trying to recapture the stability and success it enjoyed decades ago. It's new superintendent, Yolanda Cargile, is a big part of that effort. She grew up poor and wants to serve as a role model for today's students."

  5. Dr Carpenter walked into a huge mess and now Yolanda is doing the same. Until the KC area leeches aka Freedom Inc are driven out of the district then progress won't be made. They been sucking the life out of various parts of KCMO
