Woman accused of shoplifting then selling high-end cosmetics
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - A woman is accused of shoplifting high-end cosmetics and then selling them. Yvette Shonk is charged with two counts of theft. Overland Park police said because of several tips from the public, detectives have been conducting an investigation into a "boutique" selling high-end cosmetics out of a residence.
