31-year-old Kansas City man charged with involuntary manslaughter in 2016 death of bicyclist

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- More than a year after a 32-year-old Kansas City man was hit and killed by a car while riding his bicycle, another Kansas City man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for his death. According to the court documents, Joseph Lasala, 31, is also charged with leaving the scene of the accident on Sunday, April 3, 2016.
