Sen. Claire McCaskill calls on USPS to explain complaints of poor service
Two senators are checking on complaints about poor service from the U.S. Postal Service, days after KMBZ News aired a story about persistent problems in Kansas City's Northland. Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) and Sen. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) are stepping up to address concerns about the accuracy of delivery data from the USPS.
I love it when it's raining or snowing and the mail gets soaked. I also love it when our regular carrier is on vacation and they get a sub from the local bar to deliver the mail. Sometimes it actually gets to the right person.

ReplyDeleteI love how USPS destroys packages. I love how they scan stuff as out for delivery and send it on the wrong route. Then they make false entries in the computer system to cover their asses. I love how packages can get from anywhere in America in two or three days and local USPS can get it to you in only twice that time. I love how it is near impossible to get a live human at the 1-800 number. I love how they will cal you back in a little while and you never hear from them again. I love how the Postal Inspectors don't seem to think anything wrong going on with the same pack of employees they came out of. I love how customer service is a foreign language with USPS. I love how USPS people will tell you they are an independent entity while their nation wide phones, buildings, vehicles are owned by the Federal Government tax payers. I love how they tell you the postal system is not part of the government while they owe tax payers 13 billion dollars. I love how the government makes it a crime for others to carry letter mail forcing tax payers and consumers to be victims of these fuckwads at USPS. I love how they fuck up and send your mail across the country claiming there is a forwarding order and then when they actually check they discover there has never been a forwarding order. I love how the public is too fucking stupid to track packages online and actually see the insane shit USPS does with them.
