SURVEY SEYZ: KANSAS CITY ONE OF NATION'S MURDER CAPITALS!!!

Look closely at the map in this study and notice that the Kansas City area is part of the “geographical concentration” of a national murder spike:

Murders in US very concentrated: 54% of US counties in 2014 had zero murders, 2% of counties have 51% of the murders - Crime Prevention Research Center

ounYou can examine the picture of the US counties in more detail by opening it in a new tab. The Distribution of murders The United States can really be divided up into three types of places. 2. It appears to me that when there is to many people concentrated in a particular geographic area they kill each other for competition of resources. That being said this is a natural consequence of overpopulation of people and not enough resources to go around.

  3. We need to have Cleaver gt us a federal grand so we can build a murder capital commemorative bronze statue of a thug with a gun. Maybe with a water fountain flowing blood color water.

10:37, look at New York & then California.

New York is the most populous city in the country, so according to you they should have the greatest concentration of murders, but they don't.

  5. All the bright red areas on the map share some common traits besides their homicide rate.

    1) concentrated urban density? YES

In 2014, the most recent year that a county level breakdown is available, 54% of counties (with 11% of the population) have no murders. 69% of counties have no more than one murder, and about 20% of the population.

The worst 1% of counties have 19% of the population and 37% of the murders. The worst 5% of counties contain 47% of the population and account for 68% of murders.

THAT'S WORTH EMPHASIZING! 68-PERCENT OF MURDERS OCCUR IN ONLY 5-PERCENT OF COUNTIES!!

Likewise, according to statistics provided by the KCPD, an overwhelming percentage of homicides/violent crime occur within the East Patrol Division.

    2) Anyone care to venture a guess on the common racial component that is present in these 5-percent of worst counties?

    3) "According to a 2013 PEW Research Center survey, the household gun ownership rate in rural areas was 2.11 times greater than in urban areas. Suburban households are 28.6% more likely to own guns than urban households. Despite lower gun ownership, urban areas experience much higher murder rates. One should not put much weight on this purely “cross-sectional” evidence over one point in time, but it is still interesting to note that so much of the country has both very high gun ownership rates and zero murders."

Oops! Sorry Liberals, but your anti-gun advocacy just got blown out of the water with some facts!

SAVE YOURSELF AND PROTECT YOUR FAMILY, MOVE OUT OF KCMO, OR AT LEAST MOVE INTO THE NORTHLAND.

  9. This isn't difficult. Look at the demographic breakdown and it's pretty easy to figure out murder rates are highest where black people live, simple as that.
