Convention hotel hits 'great milestone' as KC signs off on plan - Kansas City Business Journal
The Kansas City Council gave final approval to a $310 million convention hotel after the plan has spent months laboring toward a groundbreaking. The Kansas City Star reports that the plan for a Hyatt Regency convention headquarters hotel won unanimous approval, though two vocal opponents of the plan missed the vote.
Nothing the biz journal loves more then shoving them tax incentive, tax cut for millionaires stories into taxpayers faces.
