It's also a tragedy that the newspaper would run such an unfounded and unlikely claim of a phantom promise that will never happen . . . Take a look at campaigning via newsprint . . . Does your street, basement or business flood? Kansas City voters to decide on solutions

    I have received 4 (four) colorfull flyers in support of the go bond issue in the last 4 business days mailed to my home in Hyde Park.....WTF....it's going to take all the $ just to settle the mailers.....I will vote NO, NO NO!!!!! and you should too!!!

    Mine flooded after the water dept. fixed the drains on our block and that was after the last round of increases to fix the drains.
